Mrs. Goose's busy day
One sunny morning, Mrs. Goose was moving briskly around her cozy kitchen. She had a big day ahead of her! Her dear friend, Aunt Fox, was coming all the way from the upper end of the village for a cup of coffee.
To make everything perfect, Mrs. Goose baked beautiful plum buns.
But that wasn't all — Mrs. Goose also cooked a delicious lunch for her little goose. She mixed, cut, and hummed a song happily.
Mrs. Goose knew very well that her little goose didn't always like lunch. So, to be on the safe side, she also cooked special pasta — nice and warm, with a big spoonful of ketchup on top, just the way her goose likes it!
When the buns were baked and sugared, lunch was cooked and the pasta was eaten, Mrs. Goose smiled. It was going to be a beautiful day...
